2026 Honoree - Real Estate
Ralph Della Cava
Ralph Della Cava is President and Principal of R. A. Cohen & Associates, Inc., the New York real estate investment and management firm he co-founded in 1990. For more than three decades, he has led the firm's acquisition, disposition, development, and financing strategies, guiding its growth into new and emerging markets.
Beyond his business endeavors, Ralph currently serves on the board of the Columbus Citizens Foundation and is a founding board member and Vice President of the West Village BID. He is a past President of the Fox Meadow Tennis Club in Scarsdale and spent fifteen years as a volunteer and supporter of White Plains Hospital.
A native of Eastchester and the grandson of Italian immigrants, Ralph lives in Scarsdale with Geralyn, his wife of 37 years. They have two grown children and are recent, very happy grandparents.
